Lack of detailed information on the Enviolo model; received an automatic version instead of the expected manual. Upon reporting these issues, I was offered a voucher instead of a partial refund. Despite my attempts to negotiate a fair compromise to avoid the hassle of repackaging and shipping, flexibility was insufficient to find a middle ground, leading me to opt for a return. Unfortunately, there was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. In my final communication, expressing hope for a timely and seamless refund, the response from the product advisor was, "I would hope it goes well as I do not work in accounting." This response highlights a level of accountability and customer support. Based on this experience, I recommend purchasing bikes from a physical store to ensure quality and avoid the cumbersome assembly process. I'll update on how the refund process unfolds.
